Payment

Accepted Methods of Payment
I currently accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Payments must be received within 3 days of the sale if paid by Paypal. I will not ship purchased items if they are paid for by personal check until the check clears.

Shipping

All Items are packed with love and gift wrapped!
Most orders will ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Please expect an additional 1-2 days if placing a Special Order.

Insurance is available, at the buyers expense.
I do strongly recommend insuring your purchases. Please contact me prior to completing your transaction and I will send you an adjusted invoice to include insurance. I do not include insurance in my shipping fees, I do however carefully package your items for a safe delivery. I can not be held responsible for lost or stolen or damaged shipments do to the responsibility of the Postal Service or Customs.

Please make sure the address that you enter in your profile is the same as your Paypal shipping address. If it is different, please let me know which address to ship to.

Refunds and Exchanges

All of my items are 100% guaranteed.
If you're not totally satisfied with anything you purchase, you can return it for a refund.

If for any reason you want to return your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Your order can be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less shipping fees. You (the buyer) are responsible for all return costs, including Delivery Confirmation and insurance.
